Finding a proper cocktail on a Saturday night for a party of four might sound like an impossible feat. Luckily we were able to score a last minute reservation to town. We sat down immediately in anticipation for our delicious craft cocktails. The drink menu features five cocktails such as Fig is the Word, made with a fig leaf-infused gin from the fig plant that fronts the restaurant. There’s a full bar and they’re able to make classics like a Sazerac.

We were planning on ordering some appetizers but when we saw that town offers a four course meal for only $55.00, we could not say no! You choose one antipasti, primi, secondi, and dolci from their full menu. The primi and secondi plates alone range from $20-$30. This was an amazing deal. With the four course meal, the antipasti and primi came with smaller portions and the secondi is a full portion. Our favorites were the Sweetland Farm chevre fritters, the pillow soft brown butter and sage gnocchi, and the fresh catch and pork loin. It’s a great price for this multi-course affair.

Town strives for “local first, organic whenever possible, with aloha always...” This neighborhood restaurant has been around for 15 years and continues to be one of our favorites in Kaimuki.
